Bio from NFLDraftCountdown.com:

David Dixon

Height: 6-0 | Weight: 243 | 40-Time: 4.50

Strengths:

An outstanding natural athlete...Has elite timed speed...Was extremely productive at his level with an astounding 43 tackles for a loss...Very strong...Also a top special teams performer and blocked 10 kicks in 2003 and 2004...Great potential.

Weaknesses:

Never played against top competition...Has very little experience...Extremely raw and is the definition of a long-term project...Can he handle the mental side of the game?...Did not have the type of amazing pre-draft workout that he needed.

Notes:

Top JUCO recruit who committed to Kansas St. but did not qualify academically and instead opted for the pros...The physical tools are there but he is trying to make a quantum leap that few others have even dared try...Has a huge upside but won't be able to contribute for years...Interesting practice squad candidate.
