Depends on the coordinators he brings in. If Kyle shanahan and Dennis Allen are hired I will hate everything. I honk Tomsula will be great for getting the team ready to play, but I think he needs solid coordinators to call the plays

This a million times. He can be a great HC but he is going to need those coordinators.

I don't look forward to being in the stone age on offense yet again. Since 2002, this team has S-U-C-K-E-D on offense.
It will remain that way until 2035 most likely.
And I happen to LIKE Tomsula as a coach in general. I just don't see it as addressing the actual needs of the team.

The only way this works is of they get a really good OC with no chance at a future HC job. Morringwheg and maybe trestman come to mind.

He's taking over a veteran team and the defense is set. Even if Fangio steps down, Donatell will take over and run the same defense. The players respect JT so the team should perform better this first year.
