Alex Marvez of FOX Sports reported this morning that, according to a source, the San Francisco 49ers are hiring Philadelphia Eagles WR coach Bob Bicknell. He will serve the same position on Chip Kelly's staff.

Bicknell is the second Eagles assistant to follow Kelly to San Francisco. On Saturday, it was reported that QB coach Ryan Day was expected to join him as well. He would be serving the same position or be Kelly's offensive coordinator.

Last year, the 49ers were interested in Bicknell as offensive coordinator under Jim Tomsula's staff. He decided to remain with the Eagles. Bicknell has been with the Eagles since 2013. Before that, he was the WR coach for the Buffalo Bills.
