San Francisco 49ers TE Vance McDonald and his wife Kendi announced on Instagram yesterday that the happy couple is expecting a baby boy.
The way they did it should make the Niner Faithful proud. The announcement post featured a custom number 89 baby jersey, the same number that the proud father wears on game days, and baby 49ers shoes.
McDonald, a second round draft pick in 2013, had his best season in 2015. He played in 14 games, starting 11. During those games, he had 30 receptions for 326 yards and three touchdowns.
