Yep, I would be good with this. Conditional could also be based on how many yards or TDs or how many games he plays in next year.

I would do it.

I would reject any trade involving our 1st rd pick this year. That pick is WAY too valuable especially if Bosa is available or they can move down a few picks. Brown and the Steelers 1st is simply not enough.

I would consider our 2nd for Brown and include a conditional 2nd or 3rd next year. I just would not include a 1st rd pick this year or next.

I've been saying pick #36 this year and a 2nd next year since New Year's Day and I'm sticking with it.

Between you and me, this would be my absolute best offer, too. But I wouldn't be happy with giving it up and it sure as heck wouldn't be what I'd open the trade conversation with.

To me, Lynch should open up offering our 2nd and next year's 3rd and let Colbert negotiate up to two 2nds and then go with it.

2020 first round pick

AB wants to come here and we want him but we obviously can't offer the number 2 pick. So the next best thing we could do is our second round pick or our first next year.

The problem is there are a handful of other teams that want him and are probably willing to part with a mid first or first in the 20s. And Rooney doesn't give a s**t where AB wants to go. If anything, he'll probably make sure to not send him here. They have no reason at all to go out of their way to make a deal with us. Why make AB happy and give future stars leverage like that to go where they want?

I don't love this but I could see this getting the job done. We still have two picks in the top 40. Plus we then have a #1 WR.

It's expensive but they could go ER and DB or maybe an OT with the first two picks.

I had said a 3rd plus Armstead and Beathard. Those guys fit the Stealers. I imagine it will be for our 2nd. Maybe, we replace it with a 2nd from Denver for Mullins and our QB coach

I'd be legit pissed off if someone else offers a 2 and additional later picks and then Brown goes there. Pissed.

I understand not wanting to trade the #2 overall pick. I get it. But to say we shouldnt trade anything beyond our 2nd, I cant get with. If we can keep #2 AND get Brown with other picks, I dont care what the other picks are.

If we come out of the draft with Antonio Brown, a legit edge pass rusher at #2 and absolutely nothing else, we will have had a phenomenal draft.

Agreed. Even if it's just 3-4 years of prime AB. You go get him.
