This guy plays for Bama who I've watched a couple times but to be honest with you I didn't know much about him until I read AB83's list of players to watch in the bowl games. Is he related to Woodall we had in the 90s? I looked him up on ESPN.com and he has 5 PDs and 3 INTs this season. He's a pretty big safety at 6'2'' 220. Could he be our next SS after Mike Lewis? Do you guys think he's good or not?

I have not watched him very closely but here are the notes I have accumulated on him, playing behind Rolando McClain can't hurt:
"good in space against pass, deciphers run/pass quickly, makes plays on ball, attacks downhill, gets lost in traffic, better in space"

More like a linebacker, and could be forced to gain weight and play there. Woodall is not a very good NFL safety prospect.

is he related to Lee Woodall? Lee Woodall was a smallish LB when he played for us, but I remember running into him at the stockton mall during tc one time and remember how big he looked to me when I was 13. He was definitely very muscular and defined too.

Are you sure it wasn't Evander Holyfield?
