What about this draft

This is just me F'ing around here at work...

Looks like right now we might have picks 10 and 11 in the first round. Obviously Eric Berry would be a top of all our lists but he's probably going to be long gone here so I'm going to act like he's gone.

10th: RT is a must but not typically a position you draft this high with. I think we go BPA and its CJ Spiller. This would be a luxury pick but it would solve our return problems immediatly and provide a weapon coming out of the backfield.

11th pick: We go Joe Haden or Earl Thomas. Clements years are numbered if he doesn't restructure and safety help is a need.

42nd pick: Here is where we get our RT. Either Ciron Black of LSU, Selvish Capers of West Virginia, or a small school prospect.

What do you think?

I think we've been hearing for the last 3-4 years or longer that we need to fix our Oline and every year we don't do it and it comes back to haunt us. Screw the luxury pick and fix the damn line and get pass rusher and then we can compete.

What are we going to do - get another quality running back who has no running lanes because our Oline sucks. It's a waste. Every year the Eagels draft Olinmen high and almost every year they are playoff contenders.

Sure, I totally agree that we need someone like Spiller who is fast as lightning. But until we fix that Oline we will be less than mediocre.

Are ther quality limene in the 3-5 rounds - sure, but we never seem to get them. Personally, I'm for getting the best OTackle we can get and attack.
Not a chance..........the o line needs to be addressed FIRST and not ignored like the pass rush has been for years. If the Niners are stuck with Alex Smith, then they have to give him the help he needs.

We have to fix this o-line this offseason.
