C'mon man.........
I'm hoping Hue Jackson and the browns get worried we are gunna draft him, then they reach at 1 and we get Garrett

He is built like a WR. great leader, awesome poise but NFL gots some big boys and Watson either runs or throws, he doesn't shift in the pocket. He will get injured.

Yeah but Hunter Renfrow is the one who shredded Bama today, he's a walk on. Though I agree that his talent is better, I will up your take and say he did it against the best defense in CFB history according to most "experts." I do not believe in one way shape or form mitch could do it.

The reality is that we'll never know. I watched Trubisky lead some huge comebacks and be clutch down the stretch like in the Pitt game but he also never had the benefit of being able to chuck it up into a crowd and have Mike Williams come down with it.

All I know for certain is that Trubisky had a very good season, Watson struggled early on but finished off fantastically and regardless of the order, they will be 2 of the first 3 QB's drafted.
Oh yeah man I agree their one and two. And he did lead some good comebacks and that the person to take advantage of a Watson skill set may have left via firing. But in all reality the sample size of Tribisky is a complete red flag and but picking 2nd overall you have to pull a Carolina Panthers and go with the hot talent like they did with Cam if he's available.

Me personally I would go Garrett if available but if Tribisky is the pick I will remain skeptical. I'm going off sample size and Stanford defense < Alabama defense and Watson killed bamas defense 2 straight years and tribisky struggled vs stanford. To me the true safer pick is Watson.

no. he's a great college QB for sure no doubt about it. . . as a pro prospect tho he does have some questions like decision making, Staring down recievers just doesn't work in the pros. also he doesn't seem to go through progressions as quickly as you would like.. he did have a great game but you have to look at entire bodies of work not just a few games where he played out of his mind.. this doesn't mean that he can't get to a point to be a legit option in the NFL It just means he's not there at this time.

?

not single games.. to judge a qb you need to look at them play for play are they doing everything the same do they do this in this situation, is he telegraphing his throws.. .ball placement. footwark. accuracy. release. how fast the ball is out after he decides Im throwing here. . theres so much more to scouting a QB then did they win a championship.

We need his IT factor when going up against the cawkSuckers. he ain't scared to battle good defenses... clowned Alabama's defense / Nick Saban twice in championship games (back to back years)!!

See those thick wrists. Skinny ankles, but forearms are thick. And he only lasted 10 years until it caught up to him.

Love Joe but you give me one Joe and I will give you 300 RGIIIs and Joe theismans.

He's "petite"

I didn't realize that... that's not something you want in your QB. But look at Brees and even Montana wasn't all that built.

Perhaps he can put on the weight / more muscle in a year or so. Our oline looked improved and about to get even better tho.
plz if there is a god, let cleveland draft deshaun watsom

On the other hand if the 49ers do trade for Garoppolo, they have the possibility of trading down with a team that wants a QB, getting a 2nd back and then drafting Mike Williams for Garoppolo to throw to.
