If Ray Rice was still young and a good back he would have been signed after a year to let the public kinda forget what happened. I've never seen a GM/Coach fired for signing/drafting a bad person before. I've only seen them fired for losing. And a player like Joe Mixon projects to be a player who can help a team Win at the price of a late 2nd early 3rd round pick. One of the 32 teams will make that choice. He probably won't come here. But you would be lying to yourself if you wouldn't be scared about him going to the Seahawks.

The incident was over 2 years ago. that's 600+ days. Has he done it again? He was wrong. Served his punishment. Put himself in position to get drafted.

And you're telling me the reason he was cut was because he was old and not a good back?

Also the reason you haven't seen a coach or GM fired for that is because is doesn't happen often. A coach wouldn't want a cancer like that on the team and a GM wouldn't want to deal with the PR storm.
Clark was never found guilty for assisting his gf although I'm sure he did. His saving grace was it wasn't caught on film.

Ray Rice was slowing down and wasn't the same back he had been. But whatever helps your arguement about him not getting drafted which is wrong and he will get drafted. Possibly higher than people think if he did run a 4.4 40.
