IMO trading Thomas now is dumb. He currently has low trade value. I'd rather keep him since he's still on his rookie contract. Have him play at his natural position and hope for the best he gets better or even plays up to his draft pick. Either way, his value would be better later on.
Unless tbey trade him to a team like Indy for Quincy Wilson or a team like Minny for Rhoded or Waynes.
Wilson is a press corner they had him play off and he struggled. They finally let him press towards middle of season and he played ok. He's currently down the depth chart nut fit our needd.
Minny is hoping to trade one of tbe two of rhodes and waynes. While Rhodes hadms the name Wayne outplayed him.
So if we can swap a strength for an area of weakness it's not "dumb".

Both AA and Thomas are reportedly being shipped...while I'd be fine keeping both they gotta see what kind of market it is for them.

The preceding pages are so much like a woman's sewing circle. Funny with more postulations than there are spokes on a wheel. Now, how would you like to be in KK's shoes?
Brand new coach, fired previous coach after just one yr, QB was moved up for, i think with two firsts or thereabouts, and KK wants to bring in murray? Whoa, think of the risk in doing that. If murray produces, KK is a wizard. If he doesnt , say because of a crappy OL, then KK looks like stink too. So who is really sweating bullets, KK or JL? Our course is pretty well planned out, either way if AZ take Bosa, Q or Murray, we have plans for all 3. If they trade down, we have contingency for that.
AZ looks to have unlimited choices, and KK would be responsible for them all. I think he is the one in the barrel not us. He definitely can make some choices, and Murray looks like the biggest risk, possibly biggest reward.. Except i don't think murray is that good. Maybe at 14, or 25, but not #1.
I know, i know, what they say about QBs and the #1 pick. You do anything and everything to nail that guy down. Except here i think the goods are definitely suspect...and with Q, B , A they aren't. That is also why JL has the easier pick of the two. If anyone scores a six pak it will be AZ. AGain big gains, and fewer potential risks. However, if that happens, they may not get a blue chipper (Q,B,A)
KK remains a newbie NFL HC who in college had an "impressive" 45 Ls/ 35 Ws.. At Texas Tech, whose only claim to fame recently is Mahommes. Did KK make Mahommes? Nah, the kid was pure talent and KK just happened to be his Coach. We'll see, but i think kk is much ado about not much.
