Honestly I think he's a guy SF could move up for.

It would be worth it for sure. We get a starter or at least a future starter for a couple of thirds we essentially got for free

"Freeland did a lot of drills to simulate pulling across the line of scrimmage and was asked to pick up tennis balls on the way. He's solidified himself as a top-50 pick for a zone-blocking-heavy offense."

Looks like word is out and Phoenix49er is correct. Going to be hard to move to a spot to grab him.
Freelands got the advantage of being a true tackle as well. Alot of these draft rankings and lists loaded with guys at tackle that are much more likely to be moved to guard. Sometimes that versatility is highly valued, but if you are looking for a tackle, you want a true tackle. And Freeland has RT vibes with the athleticism to potentially develop into a starting LT.

Yeah I would love for him to be in our range but he's done himself a lot of favors with his combine and pro day. He's really elevated his draft stock with his athletic testing. If he's still on the board around pick 70 I hope we trade up for him
brandon thorn…is not a fan. Calling him a career backup. 6th rd grade.

He will be overhyped by fans because of his size and athleticism. Unfortunately, his lack of relative length actually makes his size a disasvantage, which is only exacerbated by a lack of lower body strength.

True, Freeland does sound too good to fans because of his 37" vert and 40 time, but they don't mean much to OL play

Wanya Morris may be a better prospect, has long arms and good proportionate size/length and good upside ... but most imp is what's between the ears that matters and there is not much tape to see

This is where I'm at now. I was all in on Freeland being the better option but now I'm hoping Morris is there and we take him. Feel like Morris is more ready day 1 if we needed him to be and they both have equal upside imo
