Garrett was the first #1 pick they have had since 2000. Not like it is a regular occurrence.

Well yes they have had a lot of firsts. They just dont get the first overall pick year after year. The Browns have been good at trading down to get picks but have failed in who they have taken. When you select Johnny Maziel, Brandon Weeden, and Brady Quinn in the first you are going to have issues.
