Win percentages, do QBs have much of an influence on them or not?
Win percentage is a correlation stat in football,...not a causation one. You can literally be the worst-performing player on the field even as a QB and win football games.
You are big on facts, right? Well,....those are facts. Posting about them over and over will never change that. The only thing that would change it is if we completely changed the rules of the sport.
Needless to say.....the logical connections made here on this board over and over are pretty atrocious...
You really do fail in all 3 areas, and I sincerely hope it's purposeful.
But the most blatant one you are attempting over and over to get away with with this Win % stuff is the "Reverse Causality" fallacy.
This is what you're trying to do:
Cross out QB and insert any other position you want in there,....doesn't matter. It's just a logical failure and always will be.
If what you were trying to pass off was legit,...we'd have several teams or more fighting for his services.
But the other 31 teams clearly understand the logical pit here above that you are trapped in,...hence, the reason why we cant seem to get a 1st for him.
What's Kyle's record with Jimmy and without? This team started winning literally the very first game, very...first...game... Not the second, not the fourth... Very first game Jimmy started playing.
You'd have a point if the team was winning pre-Jimmy but they weren't The wind always blows. Drinking and smoking has never been healthy. Your examples are truly stupid. Not you, I don't think you're stupid but your examples are just ridiculous.
Jimmy started game 13... The team was 3-24(three and TWENTY FOUR) before Jimmy then Jimmy comes and and we start winning the very first second he's in. 2 NFCC's and a SB appearance later.
Wind has always generated power. Always.
Cigarettes and booze have never been healthy. Ever.
It's called a constant... Wind constant... Smoking being bad... constant...
49ers winning was not, yet losing was. A direct change happened and the constant turned opposite. You do not suddenly get healthier for smoking. Windmills did not just magically create wind(in your case)...but the team got better with Jimmy. This is undeniable.
"Man, I think people got short-term memory loss or something because, before Jimmy came ... he saved us I won two games, four games, and when Jimmy came he really turned it around, brought us to the point where we're at now. I have nothing but love and respect for Jimmy ... being able to see what goes into it, what he goes through day in and day out. I wish nothing but the best for him, and that's my guy."
