Quinn leaves the Cowboys, where he was the defensive coordinator since 2021. pic.twitter.com/08SIWhagjE
Terrible hire.

Terrible hire.
Rivera to Quinn looks like a lateral move at best.

Quinn brings more attitude and intensity than Rivera. WFT needed that. Team morale had hit bottom by the end of this last season.
Success will depend on the OC.

Why would Kelly be okay with a demotion plus a significant pay decrease?

Feels kinda like they settled, Peters must be a hell of a lot smarter than I am. Probably understands this guy is still a hell of a coach.
Mike Macdonald had offers from the Seahawks and Commanders. https://t.co/lOFuvFhhqs

Looks like he couldn't close the deal.

Off to a great start, Peters. Your next move should be to bring in your boys Trey Lance and Ambry Thomas.

Well, that's not that different from what we did with the Wilks hire, but I would guess that is probably something more difficult to do with offensive coaching. While different defensive guys have different styles teams still generally run either a 4-3 or a 3-4. Maybe I'm over simplifying things, but Offensive approaches seem more varied to me.
