Think about it. One of two things has happened.

Either

a) Jon Gruden collaborated with Antonio Brown to create a guerrilla hype/marketing video for the almost-suspended-but-contrite WR

OR

Personnel matters are the traditional responsibility of the GM, although anybody can do anything nowdays depending on how you want to set it up. It looks to me Mayock and Gruden are doing a classic Mutt and Jeff routine, where Gruden stays the nice guy to keep a good relationship with AB, while Mayock reminds AB he will lose $30m if he can't be a less selfish teammate.
