Too bad Goodell lives in Kraft's pants. The Pats will get away with it. Remember the 'destroy the tapes' angle ?

Classless franchise. Cheaters and poor sports to their core.

Those superbowls they have are very tarnished as far as I'm concerned.

This. They will always have multiple asterisks.

*Tuck-Rule
*Spygate
*Deflate-Gate
*Potentially Spygate 2.0 (But ideally they will lose to the 49ers )

Almost *Divert-Gate sending KC's uniforms to a different stadium lol
.
They're not even the best team in that division.

Um, until the Bills actually beat them it is hard to justify that. Patriots have the better record and have beaten them.

Personally I can see Baltimore ending their playoff run. And possibly It will be Brady's last game.

Does not surprise me they still do this.

Didn't Josh Mcdaniels, when he was the head coach of the Broncos, had an ex-Patriots personnel member film one of our practices in London?

We all laughed it off because Singletary was our coach and the offense at the time was so simple and vanilla.

And Troy Smith still destroyed their defense
Cheaters for the last 15+ years.

Hey, we were only taking family videos in front of a bank-- what's the problem? Totally unintentional.

If these guys are willing to film the Bengals, a team that is a threat to no one, you just know that they are doing it to everyonr else.

I love a controversy as much as anybody, but I really doubt the Pats -- with their history -- would risk taping the 1-and-12 Cincinnati Bengals for a competitive advantage.

I'm guessing this is benign and the media is just blowing the story out or proportion.

As implausible as thinking a criminal who has been caught would ever re=offend.

Out in the open? Or int he press box? Also read they were wearing Bruins gear, not net necessarily Pats gear.

So then why film ONLY the Bengals sideline and team?

Because they were filming a particular scout. He's not scouting the Browns or watching the game for fun. Their argument was that the film crew was using the Bengals sidelines as the background. So you can see what he sees. Which is against the rules either way but It's likely going to be found that they weren't trying to cheat here. That's what early reports are at least.

Doesn't sound like that is the case...

A source told ESPN "a Bengals employee was watching the videographer/cameraman who identified himself as a Robert Kraft employee. The Bengals employee kept an eye on that monitor, (and) the shot was of the Bengals coaches and staff on the sidelines for the entire 1st quarter."

• According to The Athletic's Paul Dehner Jr., who cited sources who have seen the footage, "it shows about eight minutes of footage focusing on recording the Bengals' sideline. It's a direct view of the sideline as coaches make signals for plays. This isn't an over-the-shoulder of the advanced scout who is doing his job stuff. This is shooting the sideline. For an extended period of time. The egregious nature of the video is why it set off the firestorm it did during the game with the Bengals executives in the press box."

When the videographer/cameraman was confronted and interviewed by Bengals/NFL security, he "asked if they could just delete the footage and it all be forgotten," according to ESPN.

• In a statement, the Patriots admitted the production crew "inappropriately filmed the field from the press box."

I just saw cell phone footage from Bengals security.
It is hilarious and damming.
The videographer acted totally guilty amd the Bengals security knew exactly what was happening.

The only defense I have heard for BB is that there is no way he would do the same thing he was busted for before. That is a weak defense.

The videographer will be wearing cement shoes in the Atlantic soon.
