If Wilson hates Pete Carrol, Why not just fire him?? Pete is 69 years old and will probally retire in a couple of years anyways.

Yes bring Carr to the NFC west. Our Dline loves those pocket passers.

Although, @drewbrees hasn't announced his retirement yet and Taysom Hill is under contract. pic.twitter.com/JJFRvaXEKo
What he doesn't realize is he's the one getting shipped out in the trade HAHA.
Seattle isn't taking a bunch of late 1st rd Saints picks...you're gonna have to throw some stars in there.

I don't know what picks they could get that would be enough to land them Wilson. Especially when they really have no defensive players they could give the Texans to add to the deal. Dolphins are not trading much more than their #3 pick for a 33 year old QB. Same with the Jets with their #2 pick. And the Seahawks themselves have no 1st RD pick the next 2 years.

Has Pete said anything about retiring? Say what you want about Pete, but his vitality hasn't diminished one bit at 69 years old. If I didn't know any better and you told me he was in his 50's, I'd believe you.

I disagree that the South would vault to the best division in football.

The Saints are already in huge salary cap trouble as I understand it. Why spend a bunch of capital on a guy who will be all by himself out there?

Pete just got an extension some how...

I dont know who it was on Fox Sports radio this afternoon but they suggested the Seahawks should let him go. They said they won their Super Bowls with Wilson as a game manager and Pete's formula which is to run the ball and play good defense is a tried and true formula. When he let "Russ cook" they loss games and Russ turned the ball over more than he ever had despite having DK and Lockett. When they put the super bowl in his hands he threw an interception.
they also said Wilson needs to pick what bucket of greatness he wants to be remembered in. The Drew Brees bucket which is 1 Super Bowl but a ton of stats or the Troy Aikman bucket which is team first and multiple Super Bowls.
good points. I like Wilson but I think his play was better when the hawks ran the ball a lot.
