Shoulda been fired after the Chief's debacle. He's an idiot.

Well the same can be said about many TOs used in these exact situations.

Yeah, it really helped too, as Jacobs ripped off a 10 yard run right after that, lol
Either way, even Carr said it changed their approach, so there's that.

DUDES the TO did not chsnge ANYTHING. The raiders were not going to take a knee, they were going to run the ball.
The chargers probably did not like the look they had so they called the TO to get a different playcall.

I suspect it changed what run play they chose, but come on, they were clearly running it before the TO as well.

When no one was calling timeouts, it made sense to maintain the status quo and just run the clock out without looking like you were running the clock out. As soon as Chargers called a timeout, Raiders had to consider that the Chargers are trying to regain possession so all bets are off and you need to get a first down. Chargers coach swerved and it wasn't even a game of chicken.
Sure the Raider's formation before the timeout was more of a throwing look, but throwing made no sense so it was going to be a handoff with instructions to not fumble or take chances.

Doubt it. Tomlin likes to go down field

Agreed. IMO The only realistic chance for a trade is with the NYG, CAR, and WFT

Jordan Love has 3 interceptions this season. Rodgers has 4.
Life gonna be rough for Packers fans after Rodgers is gone. They'll finally see what most other fanbases are dealing with.
They would be wise to trade for JG...same offensive scheme
He is no AR but he gives them a shot...they failed badly on Jordan Love and have no QB plan

I don't understand the Chargers. Legit franchise QB, some very good WRs, decent run game, stud in Bosa and some other good talent on defense and still struggling to get into the playoffs.

Meant it changed whether they took a knee for the tie or went for FG and knock chargers out.

Exactly. Staley a moronic decision and it cost them playoff appearance. Anything longer than 50yds, LV wasn't trying a FG.

I never understood the logic of hiring a DC with one years experience, having called plays with studs like Donald and Ramsey. They should have stuck with what they had until a clearly superior option was available.
If I was in their situation, with a young franchise QB, I'd backup the Brinks truck for Jim Harbaugh. At least you know that he'd put in a reliable defense and run game to support your young QB.
And that job is desirable as hell for any coach considering how much talent there is to work with.
"Were you gonna kneel it?"
