I hope you are right

Can he run the ball in a wide zone?

If he had serious wheels he would have scored untouched

I didn't say that.

Just would have preferred the guy that does score TDs who also was available.

Not to mention Grant had a higher average per punt and 58 less yards with 12 less returns. And Grant got signed for 3 yrs 13.8 instead of 2 yrs 10.5.

2 years up to 10.5. Wait to see contract details before comparing

Gonna hope shanny is right about this one

I like Jakeem Grant too, he reminds me of Tyreek Hill but he's never been able to make an impact as a WR for whatever reason. Hopefully Ray Ray can provide us with a shifty slot as well as a Pro Bowl PR/KR.

Probably because Grant is 5'5 and just a tick over 7 seconds in the 3 cone, which is a deal breaker for Shanahan who loves him some sub 7 second 3 cone WRs, which Ray Ray is.
is he better than Richie James?

I agree. There's more to this than simply KR/PR based on his $$$

One thing I noticed about his highlights was how patient he can be before picking the gap he wants to take. He's got a bit of vision.
So awesome..

With injury issues leaving the Tigers thin at cornerback, McCloud stepped in late in the game to play a role in sealing a 38-31 win. Fortunately, McCloud had been getting looks at cornerback in practice before needing to deliver in a game situation.

"He's earned it," head coach Dabo Swinney said, per the Greenville News. "It's not like he hasn't practiced. He's worked at it. He's demonstrated his confidence to us in practice. It was a situation of need and we just felt like we needed a veteran guy who kind of knows the situation."

Being paid that, I think Kyle has more planned for McCloud than just STs. He can play small slot WR as a change up from Jennings if the team needs speed over size. He's a fumbler with 4 last season, and 11 in 4 years.

He better cut down on that then. No faster way to get on Kyle's doghouse than fumbling.
