Well IMO politics plays a big role in being an NFL coach.
You have to have been from this system, worked under this coach, know this guy, vouch for that guy,played with that guy ..You can't blow out a team that has a popular league friendly coach,you have to kiss referee ass ala Pete Carroll, dine with this guy, have that agent... Man. ....

Doesn't sound like any actual owners will be there. Seems pretty pointless. I mean who does Pep Hamilton need to network with that he doesn't already know. the owners are the guys who need a different mindset and that's not happening with this current bunch of owners.
