Should I just accept this or try my luck on Craigslist/Ebay? Or even just roll up to scalpers?

Need help. Never been to a game and taking my 3 best buddies for their 30th bday. Is section 30 (lower) row 40 good seats? I looked on the 3d seating chart and they looked okay but they're under the overhang so I'm wondering if this will get in the way. Please give me honest feedback. Appreciate it.
