question for season tix holders. a guy trying to sell his tix to me said if the 49ers win then the price of the eagles/49ers game goes up 25%. if they lose, then the price stays the same. is this true?

Selling my Niners/Raiders tixs. LR 28, row 7, seats 9&10. My section starts a $200 a ticket on stubhub but ill sell them for $150 each because I hate Raiders fans in my seats... and my season tixs neighbors hate it too! No parking pass. So, I need tix to the eagles/49ers game and I've been looking on craigslist and ebay. I emailed 2 guys on craigslist and one guy says he's never used craigslist before so he wants me to send him my ebay info to create an invoice. Sounds legit

Then there's another guy that sends this long email about him moving to the UK and use Buyer Protection from ebay to ensure both parties are satisfied. Now, this sounds legit but . . . my 6th sense came up.

Are these two legit sellers or could one of them scamming me? thanks!!
