I prefer the old logo. I like the contrast of the red up against the black instead of the gold in between. Still like the new logo, just liked the old one better.

Do you prefer the Old Logo or the new Logo. Below are pics of both. There are a few differences but the main one is the gold inside the circle on the new logo.
I prefer the old logo. I like the contrast of the red up against the black instead of the gold in between. Still like the new logo, just liked the old one better.

new logo easily. its just an improvement of the old one.
the old was too basic and plain. just a SF with a thick black oval around it. the newer one made it more sleek, and the touch of gold made it more "49ers".
if you look at the logo on a red backdrop, adding the gold band is a HUGE improvement.

I like the newer one when I just see it by itself, but on the helmets, I think the older one looks a lot better.
The simpler design just looks so damn sleek, while the newer one has just too much going on IMO.
