Personally I would've just said that Jim did a great job for us and that he is now the HC of Michigan and left it at that. Instead both he and John Elway termed it a mutual parting.

1 thing I have to say, it seems like now that Harbs quote on quote failed, even though he had a high winning percentage, and won NFC West and NFC Titles, now everyone sucks off Jed York like he is god. People need to realize Jed doesn't know what the hell he is doing. He is an idiot, he fired the best coch since Seifert.
