Teams have adjusted to their run game and the Eagles have no counter.

True but he struggled the most this year when that line wasn't intact and IMHO, they were much better as a unit last year. We can always pivot to other factors too but no doubt, OL has been a factor for him and he's got no real excuses because overall, it's still a top unit.

I think that's NC point. You put Jalen on a team with a bad OL and I think it's a very very bad result.

This is very true too. 9ers exposed him the most in that regard.

Give us the Eagles Oline and we would be unstoppable.

Shows how overrated Hurts is by playing behind that oline.

He was looked at as a MVP candidate all yr until he played SF.

their offensive scheme is vanilla trash & has been exposed.

He ain't playing worse because of his OL lol

No doubt.

Bingo. All the RPO/read option s**t isn't working. Teams are keeping him in the pocket and making him process the field. IMO his play is very similar to Wilson in Seattle.

Not every QB has a great year. Mahomes isn't having great yer because his receivers are young and leading the league in drops. When a QB has a great year it usually means his receivers and O line all played well and stayed relatively healthy. A good running game doesn't hurt either. The difference between success and failure in the NFL is very thin.

A QB can also struggle independent of those things. Which I believe he is.

In all his losses, he was down Lane+ or a gimpy Lane. And he was very much affected by that. It still doesn't dismiss your overall point too. I agree.

I mean damn near every QB will struggle with a s**t OL and bad scheming.

Lane was banged up all last yr as well…dude plays hurt all the time.

I just don't think he's that great of a "QB" he's a good football player that can throw a football/run. I feel like Lamar is similar.

They exposed him in the NFCCG as well but no one noticed it because of the lopsided score.

Agreed, Mahomes is playing "poorly" all on his own too.

Absolutely. Players sometimes just have an off year. It could be minor injuries or off field issues that affect their preparation. Players and coaches can't always explain it.

Lane Johnson has started 15 of 16 games and a higher snap count than last year. Only game he missed was a W against BUF . Spare me the lane Johnson b******t excuse for Hurts struggles. And if that's the problem, PHI has ton a terrible job of stacking talent to offset this
