Hard to tell with zero pass rush and playing with the scrubs in San Diego.
If Sam Bradford is worth a #1 pick (likely top 10) what is Kap now worth???

No better than this past off season - a 4th.

As long as Kaep isn't willing to take a paycut, which he has indicated with the Broncos, he's not tradable. The 2 teams can agree on draft pick compensation, but the team receiving him isn't going to take on that contract with out some form of paycut.

still tho, looking at his mechanics...he looked ready to throw at the end of his drop...not indecisive like in the past

Sam Bradford is that slut whos kinda hot but isnt marriage material
Ian Rapoport just reported that Kaepernick is on the 53 for now, but expects the Niners to try to renegotiate the elimination of the injury clause so they could play him in exchange for more short term money, saying he might not stay on the 53 if Kaepernick doesn't agree.

Clever, really. If they cut him, he has no chance for further injury clause money, so Kaepernick might as well take the short term raise.

Must mean Ponder stays.

I just think its funny that the anti-Kap crowd is expecting him to take a paycut as our backup, yet refuse to acknowledge the friendly contract he signed with the promise to use saved money to resign other players.....which of course we didnt. So you guys expect Kap to help the team out with money after that situation? There is no way I would agree to a paycut if I were him. Not a chance in hell.

Eh?

Why would they threaten to release him? We can't go with Gabby, Ponddirt and Drizzy.

Nope. Drizzy's gone.

And they would release him if they couldn't risk play him anyway because of $25,000,000 left on his injury clause. I thought that was clear.

Damn, that would be a bad look. Cutting a guy cause you might have to pay him out if he gets hurt, leaving you with Gabby and Pondirt at QB.

Rapoport is reporting the will offer him a pay Increase, in exchange for dropping the injury clause.
