jerry Jones earlier today

""I don't think that's crazy at all," Jones said Tuesday on 105.3 The Fan. "That's not crazy. This is a Super Bowl-winning coach. Mike McCarthy has been there and done that. He's got great ideas. So, the bottom line is in no place in my body language or anything else have you seen any indications about what we're going to be doing relative to this staff at the end of this year. And we shouldn't.""
Kyle also needs to hire an OC and have some play calling reduced. A new OC would change to the overall play calling and make it less predictable than what Shanahan is doing. Not to mention, it allows him to analyze what is working better and have adjustments, rather than just focused on calling the next play.

However, the fact that Kyle can't coach his own coaches is not encouraging.

Special teams have been horrible forever.

And we have gone through a throng of DC without any real improvement.

So he is bad at offense, defense and special teams by your own account. LOL. In addition he's a big time CHOKER. Time to part ways.
I don't think Kyle should get fired but this is by far his worst coaching year.

The scheme has not helped out Brock Purdy at all and most of the year it seems like Kyle Shannahan is relying on Brock Purdy to bail out Kyle as opposed to the reverse.

We have had the worst special teams in the league for a while and at some point, that falls on Kyle. It possibly cost us last years' Superbowl.

If Kyle leaves; I don't think it would be a firing but maybe a mutual parting of the ways where they ask him to make changes, and he doesn't want to.
I've been saying this repeatedly, but it bears repeating. The HC needs to be replaced. Or demoted (obviously he won't allow that, so he should be released).e's not doing his job. Never has done. But what's worse is that he's not learning or getting better.
Sure . . . he can draw up clever plays, but he can't string them together when they are most needed to be effective. His ability to call up the wrong play at the wrong time is mind numbing. And he's not learning from his mistakes.
Cannot evaluate talent. Cannot evaluate staff. Cannot coach up players. Not a motivator. Petulant and bears a grudge. Plays favorites. Loses his composure when things get tough. Never shoulders the blame. Simply put: He's not a leader of men.

In short, everything a HC needs to be, he isn't. It's not in his personality.

Besides, the team has become stale under his leadership. He'll start losing the respect of the players, if he hasn't already. He's becoming predictable.
Both sides need a reboot to do better.

I've also said this: Don't expect things to change. Jed York is equally inept. No . . . he's more so . . . inept.
you always ask the question are we getting better, or are we getting worse?

They need Jim Tomsula back. That's a true leader of men.

Just fluked their way into 4 championship games and 2 Super Bowl appearances in 5 years, lol.

Right? "He's not a HC, he's not a leader!"

What excuse do the other 28 or 29 HCs who haven't done as well as he has have then?

This franchise went from a toxic dumpster fire when he arrived to being viewed as one of the elite franchises in football again.

Heck yeah, bring him back to bludgeon our ST coach and coach up our D, plus Jed loves JTs hands
Tomsula had more passion in his right pinkie than Kyle has in his entire body. Dude is in a coma.
