With guys like Taylor and Bolden showing a lot of promise, I wonder if Kerley's spot is in jeopardy.
I don't think Kerley is going anywhere and I would be surprised if he is not our #3 WR week 1.

Good god I hope he breaks out and becomes a top guy in the slot. Heck, I'll be happy with 600+yards and good run blocking. (For his rookie year and draft spot)
If he can become a security blanket for Hoyer and generate 800+yards that would be great. 1000+ even better.
Kid is tough. What worries me most is his size when the pads come on at game speed with defenders trying to knock him out. Nothing else worries me. He gets separation, has great hands and is a decent run blocker. He doesn't shy away from contact but hopefully he can handle contact from safties and occasional LB's.

Agree!
He really is a "Player" in the true sense of the word.
With our improved coaching and better OL, he should really benefit.

I like everything about this guy.
I hope he doesn't ry to do too much.
It seems when guys like him do - the fumble or get hurt.

600 yards out of a possible 4,5,6th wr (Taylor) would be an amazing offensive year for the 49ers

TT was on local radio KNBR and said one big difference he's had to adjust to is the details of run blocking in this offense. Lots of bunched formations in this offense. That slot WR could be asked to block at the point of attack.

Even on the Bourne touchdown, Taylor was busy zig zagging his defender.

I see it now. He is the perfect type of receiver against seattle.
His nickname will be the Seahawk Slayer
