i thought i was realistic and optimistic at four wins. now i say two. but if this continues.. a theory floated by sus of zero wins is possible.., i think the colts and frank would kill us now. just like the browns did two years ago

Im not really concerned about the end season record at the moment, knowing we are in rebuild mode, though some might be concerned regarding our draft position.

what bothers me the most. we are showing no signs of improvement after four pre season games and two regular games and seem like we are going backward,, it also seems that our team is not ready to play games,,,, that makes me bats**t crazy

i am having to go to multiple drug stores for patience pills. . in iowa when you do that, they have this law that makes you sign your name so they can track you and see if you are getting these pills so you can make a mom and pop meth lab. yes my life is a living hell

I think I've already resigned myself to 0-16 being likely this year. I just hope we're not the first team to go the whole season without scoring a TD, but that is starting to look like a real possibility.

nice, but cc said nothing wrong in his opinion. we will lose. the offense will score no touchdowns and hoyer and jr will just say. we are disappointed cuz thats all they got

You bring up another point and thought I've had. Is Kyle going to be a good HC? Its a valid question. No doubt in my mind he is a great offensive mind and solid OC, but that doesn't always translate.

I was expecting a bad year and honestly I am ok with it. Lets see what these guys are made of. If they can climb from the bottom together, well maybe we finally have a staff that can bring winning back on a consistent basis. Just hope Jed doesnt F it up as usual.

Dare I say I believe Lynch may be great here - can help everyone through the ups and downs, at least that is my hope - he has that personality for sure.

This is just me trying to think glass somewhat full and light at the end of the tunnel. lol

We do have upgrades just not ready to go against beast of front 7s early in the year.

but i'm sure if we do great on offense you will be here complaining about something else

since we are not going to be great on offense this year , that will not be an issue. and when we continue to struggle against good front 7's i assume we will have a different conversation. you know as well as i do. we have a habit of making bad players or teams look really good. i think there are things we can control no matter the quality of front 7 we are playing that we are unable to do. i will also assume if we continue to struggle on offense against below average front 7's you will figure out another way to deflect and excuse?

well we haven't played below avg front 7s yet. The Rams are not below avg either. but i think we get it going this game

What is the record for longest TD drought? Maybe that is something to shoot for.

Things said negatively about this team is considered "stupid stuff".

Things said positively about this team is considered "faithful" and "true fan".

Considering that this team won 2 games last year and hasn't won a game this year or scored a TD, then negative comments should be more common.

If I'm Shanny, I just sit down with Hoyer and tell him to RELAX! Remind him that this is a 2 win team last year. While there are some expectations to improve, it's not like this team will be knocking on the door of the playoffs. Hoyer is in a no lose situation. Playing the Rams should be the perfect bounce back game. They'll be bringing some heat with their front 4 no doubt but it's time for Hoyer to make some pre snap reads and deliver the ball with accuracy. No doubt Hoyer is playing tight and scared. RELAX RELAX RELAX!

This is a very winnable game but we'll need some production from Hoyer to pull it off.

Shanahan has too much high expectations from Hoyer, so he's not going to tell him anything.

Just look at the playcalling. He's having him take a 5 step drop and hit people in between the numbers on deep intermediate routes like he's Matt Ryan. This is not something he's going to be able to do against good defenses. Think he's just going to go into the Rams game with the same mindset.

Yeah, but that is the problem wiht starting Magnus...Aaron Donald. Not much doubt about what he does to fusco. Man i would love to see Magnus start, but just think that is a load to take on your first game.

No point in starting him and then breaking his confidence if Donald schools him. I'm kinda torn on this one. REally want Magnus to start, but not against Donald. Would like to have him get a good start, build confidence. Not likely against donald. But i am afraid donald walks right over fusco. So, what the hey...bring on Magnus.

And remember, if OG is just a turnstile at RG, then hoyer is guarnanteed to have a bad game. IF Magnus was in there....who knows. We could at least try it. Jsut don't want to psych out Magnus on his first crack out of the box.
