I don't mean to bash him. I'm merely saying that they need to move on if they can find a team willing to trade for him. This team is too top heavy with highly paid players and will only get worse when Purdy gets paid. They need to make changes if they want to be competitive in the future. If he was more affordable I wouldn't mind but you can't pay a receiver that much if they can't contribute more. Kittle ss far more productive even with his injuries. Jennings is too.
Deebo and Kittle are very effective and often times the bright spot but I'm just saying they are like hard nose basic running backs and I think someone who's more agile and nimble have more longevity. Also stylistically this is a mess. We have no threats like Aiyuk..it's like having three Anquan Boldins out there and CMC. Like what is this offense..either find more variety or get these guys more loose and flowy. some of these have guys have to go...we are currently designed built/ for dink and dunk play action jimmy G middle bombs. A QB who can't throw deep. It's hard to find a Deebo and Kittle in this league but as a whole this offense is very non threatening somehow.

Tom Brady reiterated on the broadcast what many of us here have been saying quite a bit - that this team has gone through the gauntlet since 2021 - so many deep playoff runs - almost an extra season worth of games in just three years. I think they all could use an extended break and reinvigorate/regroup/retool for next year. I, for one, would like to see Deebo on the team next year with CMC, Kittle, etc. Am worried about Aiyuk. He'll definitely not be the same.
This is why it's so important to cash in on a championship when you have the chance. 2021 Deebo was special, and we wasted it
Deebo is going to be 29 in a month and a half, but he's essentially well into his 30s in terms of football years due to the combination of the violent playstyle and 4 years of extended seasons with deep runs into the playoffs. My boy might be cooked.

Valid points. Those extra games are actually even worse since they mean so much more and are usually tough games. Players only have so much in their bodies no matter how much they try and maintain. Those extra games also mean more chances for injury as we saw with Greenlaw. The team is still feeling the effects of that.
dude played yesterday?

He is a one year wonder, nothing more. He got paid, got comfortable, didn't like being utilized as a RB. His priorities are in the wrong place, hes focused more on his image than winning championships and becoming an all time great.
