(I didn't see a thread for this but feel free to merge if there one)
Was just thinking about the most valuable player of our season. Of course there can only be 1. I want to say it's Jimmy G with Bosa coming in second. Offense is turning out to be our identity because of Kyle Shanahan, and Jimmy is the conducts the orchestra. This pairing has to be my favorite of all time and all they need is a ring, to make it official! (Get it?....waka waakaaa!)

The impact Bosa has had on the defense gets my vote

Hard to say overall IMO. I think it's definitely Kittle on offense and Bosa on D.
I think I'd have to give it to Nick just because our D has been the more dominant unit most of the season but that may be changing here at the tail end.
But we're in good shape if we're not able to easily identify one guy.

Has to be Bosa. Hes made the D elite. He literally gets pressure on every pass play. Hes like Justin Smith, but faster and crashing from the outside.

I totally agree, however you can say the same about Jimmy. He was a questionmark to begin the season because no one knew how he would be coming off an ACL injury, but now after 13 games he's made our offense elite! lol
Actually now that I think about Jimmy should be in the running for Comeback Player of the Year.

Personally I'd go with Dalvin Cook as CPoY but that's cause he's had a remarkable year. I think betting has Kupp as the favorite and Jimmy G in 2nd.

It's been a tale of two halves to this season. First half I'd say the defense was the star, so I would go with Bosa. But in the second half of the season the offense has stepped it up big time. Overall, I'll go with the boring answer and say Jimmy since he plays the most important position.

It's actually very refreshing to say the QB is the front runner. How long has it been since we could say that as a fanbase?!
Even during the Harbaugh era, Alex Smith and Kap were always overshadowed by Patrick Willis or Justin Smith.

You should have one MVP for offense and one for defense.
Jimmy/Kittle - Offense
Bosa - Defense
Jimmy/Kittle - Offense
Bosa - Defense

True dat. And for the next 10 years I hope I keep going with the boring answer.

Very tough.
I'd say AA or Garoppolo. Kittle is the heart...but Garoppolo is the guy getting him the opportunity.

Kittle
I love what Jimmy G, Bosa and others have done (many great years from several players), but Kittle has made the biggest impact, and the two games he missed showed the contrast of life without him.
