Niners were using it (jet sweep) before that. It is just that he was drafted and made for it. THAT is why they used it more with him. Look, how many other people Kyle used in the Jet sweep beside him! Sanders, Even Kittle and Juz had on occasion.

He did have drop problems and learning the offense or any offense is difficult on a rookie, because they are thinking more than acting. Even the GOAT had drops and a learning curb.

Aiyuk will have a learning curve that is steeper, because of the pandemic. Plus he will be asked to run at all three levels.

Nope, nothing. Aiyuk wasn't on my radar, as I narrowed my focus on trading from 31 and so I didn't necessarily ask about him (or an open ended enough question to include him). I don't know that I necessarily buy they had Aiyuk WR1, but it's all we have to go on given it's straight from the horses mouth.

1) smoke screen to get the raiders to take Ruggs-
2) I had heard that Aiyuk was one of the wr liked by the niners along with some others for later in the draft.

He wasn't whole when he ran the 40 is the word, so if he was healthy, he might have run in the low 4.4, maybe high 4.3, then we would be talking a different story, because his speed would match his film and production.

Ruggs flew up the chart as did Jefferson because of it.

Lol damn that triggered you. You took that waaaaay out of proportion. I said they used it as another way to get the ball in his hands, him splitting out wide wasn't working to well "early on". Didn't say Kyle didn't use the sweep and only used it for Deebo. I don't need Kyle to say it to see it. Go watch the games. In fact, just go to Deebos thread "early on" lol
