josh allen vs his childhood team. he will play like goff next monday.

Wow he fell in love watching the Erickson/Nolan/Singletary 49ers.

Those 80s & 90s 49ers documentaries came in clutch for us millennials

For reals! Lol I just turned 30 this year so unfortunately I don't remember the 94 championship.. lol I was 4. But this team has taken me on some up and downs but we are right there man! We have some great coaches. Compared to Nolan(who built a damn good roster, s**tty coach though) and Singletary/Ron Jeremy/ Kelly and honestly we got blessed with Harbaugh and I was shocked we landed him cause he was the hottest thing since sliced bread at the time. I really started to fall in love with the 49ers in 2000 when we had Mooch. Straight up though Shanny is the best I've personally seen
The Bills defense doesn't have anything close to Aaron Donald or Jalen Ramsey so I'm expecting a much better performance from our offense against their defense. I also think we see a confident Nick Mullens in this game coming off his best win as a pro. I think play action will have more success in this game because we should be able to run much easier. If the Bills sell out to stop the run, then I expect a big game from Aiyuk, Samuels, and Reed. I like our defense against the Bills offense now that Sherman is back which brings wisdom and leadership on the field we didn't have. The Bills are coming into this game at 8-3 so they are no chumps and I expect this to be a good game that is won in the 4thQ.

49ers - 27
Bills - 23

I believe he went out for for series with a knee or ankle injury last game. I hope it still lingers on Monday

yeah and my confidence remains the same. Rams and Goff were just awful.

Because of our D.

Agreed. But here comes a mobile QB and we all know how well we do against them.

Last mobile QB we played got benched in the 4th quarter.

Wilson got benched?

Lol. He must have been trying to say Newton who is nowhere near the level of Allen as a runner or passer at this point of his career. When I think of Newton's mobility it's more like QB powers between the tackles. Not the mobility we struggle with the escaping the pocket and buying time kinda mobility.
If Allen truly has a bum ankle, I wonder how much of an impact it will have? Running and throwing. Can he push off the back(right) leg? Will he be as mobile or stay in the pocket? Will they give him injections so he doesn't feel any pain?

Our defense is getting healthy. If they come in with a wounded QB, we may not need too much offense to win this one.
I didn't see a video online yet. Get Up on ESPN had a bit about Goff as a curling stone

Can't bank on it. I think the kid is tough. Play coverage and keep him in the pocket. I can def see him getting baited to make some bad decisions and have Sherm pick him off.
Whats up with Kittle? Coming back?
The Bills are one fluke hail mary away from being 9-2.

They've beaten 2 teams that the 49ers lost too.

When taking away the Jets outlier from their schedule, they have one of the hardest schedules in the NFL. They've played 7 (or 8) playoff teams so far. Just like the 49ers

They're a lot tougher than some on here are giving them credit for.

That being said, 49ers can win. It's not an auto-L by any means.

He'll be back toward the end of the season.

Allen did this (video), like a drive or two after he hurt his ankle. I think it's safe to assume he's fine.
