49ers release DT Zach Kerr

The #49ers announced they signed DL Zach Kerr to a one-year deal. Kerr (6-2, 334) is a seven-year veteran who totaled 32 tackles, nine quarterback hits and two sacks last season for the Panthers.

#49ers sign DL Zach Kerr -- who spent time with the Carolina Panthers last season.

Kerr set career highs in sacks (4) and pressures (19) last season in CAR.

Primarily an interior lineman, who has some experience rushing from the edge too.

moves pretty well for a 330lb guy....remember that 10 yard split we talked about? he ran a 1.72 pretty good for a man that size
