Both Banks and Burford received high grades (top 15 for interior oline) for their first start. It was a good first step.

This teams OL evaluation certainly leaves something to be desired.
Which is is why in the other thread where the idea that the 9ers don't value OL keeps up coming up I argue the point continually. The issue isn't they don't value the position, they just aren't picking the right people.

Yes, he gave up an unfortunate sack, however, his overall rating put him at #14 among all tackles in the first week. Not bad for a guy coming off a very serious leg injury and still playing with a brace on his knee. #14.
