SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS vs INDIANAPOLIS COLTS - 2021 Game 6

This is for the guy leaving (deebo4mvp) and the thread got locked before I could finish; I just hope he sees this:

Fan or fanatic is the term we loyalist use when talking about our team or anything we are passionate about; sticking with your team or anything when the chips are down makes the rise or success that much sweeter. Sure losing sucks and it hurts my heart to see talent wasted, but in the end the Owner, Coaches, staff and most importantly the players are human, have you never made a mistake? I'm 51 and only remember rooting for my team the San Francisco 49ers! I'm sure I'm not the only one with a rough life but I experienced, abandonment at 4, foster home and adopted parents; even child abuse; and no I'm not saying this for sympathy just for context, because the one thing that's always been there for me week in and week out during the football season is my team, win, lose or tie! they are my team, they allow me a few hours of escapism and joy and yes sometime heartache, but only because I want the best for them, 'my team' a term I'll never stop using no matter their record. 40ish years of commitment and borderline rabid fandom and I'll never jump off the band wagon, because I'm not on a band wagon; I'm in a tank, a big bad a$$ tank that which is not always successful, it's rock solid and will keep moving forward to the next challenge, the next hurdle so leave if you must, but think about the good times and how sweet they'll feel again when they roll back around and I have the utmost faith they will. Go 49ers! now and forever.

I feel yah, and I'll always be onboard, but at some point you gotta detach emotionally from the season just to live your life and function on a daily basis. I'll always watch every game and cheer em on, but now I just expect to lose. I see us winning 3 more games (Bears, Jags, Texans). Expectations are out the window, and I'm just gonna follow the season to see what happens with Kyle. He has to be on the hot seat. Lynch too.
fans who continue to post anything related to our playoff chances are purely Delusional but not half as bad as Kyle and Jimmy supporters. The 49ers are an organization in crisis. The disarray will continue as long as Kyle and jimmy are here. They are not the only ones though. We lack talent. The secondary is an embarrassment, the o line is pathetic, no deep threat receivers, running game is marginal and the TE can't stay healthy. this is a train wreck. I said it after the Packers loss and I will say again. Complete rebuild around Trey lance strength's is required. Nothing else fixes this mess. Until that happens, we will continue to struggle mightily. Trey is not the cure all— no single player is. This is team failure in its ugliest form.
I always found this crying and whining and saying you want to leave the fanbase absolutely comically.
NO ONE IS HOLDING A GUN TO YOUR F***ING HEAD...YOU CAN LEAVE ANYTIME LMFAO AND NO ONE CARES
Hell go become a bandwagon fan for the team that wins the super bowl and change your team as many times as you like. there is no reason you need to cheer for a team just cause you grew up in the town either.

I'm staying a 49er fan. Even if we don't make playoffs this year which is highly unlikely at this point we still have a bright future with Trey Lance. So I'll cheer for him and rest of the team hoping they improve every week. If you hate him and love McCorkle/Rodgers/Mahomes/Herbert, please leave this forum and go buy their jersey and go on their team's forums and cry there.

Lol

I'm not sure we'll win another game at this point lol

Can we go back to 2-0
If you quit on a football team fandom because you cant handle the adversity of losing games, I would hate to see how you handle actual adversity that affects you personally.

RE: Kyle supporters

What happened here? An interception. What did Kyle scheme? A touchdown pass. What did Jimmy throw? An interception.

Now, you're right. There are a bunch of holes in this team. We have little chance of drafting good enough CBs in round 2 or later. So we need to sign free agents or trade. Using Jimmy's contract money which will be off the books next season.

Ya I've been a Jimmy supporter but Im done
We gave up a top 5-10 pick for this!?

Maybe even top 5-10 X2
Would have easily won that game if we had Buckner

Trading 3 first round picks for the right to pick the third QB off the board is a ridiculous gamble.
