Love the effort and I think you may find that facts don't belong in a football forum.
It's crazy that our current interception leader has only 4 interceptions despite Ward and Tartt being here for almost 8 years now.

Especially since Ward had 2 in one game earlier this season lol.

And Dallas has a cornerback who has 11 interceptions alone this year, and 14 so far in his 2-year career.

And like you noted, our two veteran safeties have combined for 8 total interceptions in 15 combined seasons of play. lol

Don't get me wrong, they're sound in their play (when they're not injured). We rarely allow deep passes which has been great. And they're great in run stopping too. They're just not big time playmakers. I want to see more turnovers and both of them could start calling themselves top of the league at their positions. Until then, they're the solid, safe plays who won't get beat, but won't really take over a game or help you win a game that much.

Actually that is the most absurd and ridiculous stat I have come across while searching info

It only reinforces my yearly call to address the damn secondary, which has been the downfall of this team for the past 20 years (along with not finding a franchise QB after young and the refs robbing us in super bowls)

Agree with most of it. Actually I think tartt and ward improved a little bit since 2019, because before then they were not even valuable (or durable) guys at all
