They won't but I have a few Steelers friends that would love for that to happen

Colts look like s**t so far
Of course the biggest question the most important question for the 2022 season is will we finally be rid of those baker Mayfield commercials?

49ers have won every time with JG starting vs Rams. KS realizes this and will start JG to handoff first play then it's TL the rest of the way.

I just hope Jimmy's leash is short today. I expect the Rams to make him throw alot since they know he has a bad thumb.

You know they're going to be swiping at it all game. Sack/FFs will be a major concern.

Yup, this is a massive risk playing him knowing he has a torn ligament in that thumb

This is why Shanny has to pull him if that thumb becomes an issue and don't hesitate to do it.

Trey is a 21 year old rookie with 10 quarters of experience. Playing him is a massive risk as well. That's not Trey hate thats simply pointing out he's a 21 year old rookie.

I predict if jimmy starts we will lose by 2 touchdowns and jimmy will be directly responsible for those 2 touchdowns with a strip sack for a fumble and a pick six. I will be very nervous if by some miracle we will be up ten ten at half.. cuz as we have seen twice. in big games jimmy loves to blow ten point second half leads. i also think if jimmy predictably struggles early kyle will stick with him which will make his post game news conference interesting.. if we start trey i think it could be a three point game either way... the rams are hot.. they are sick of hearing how they can not beat us. stafford will torch our secondary , the difference in a big game between him and jimmy will be glaring to everyone except for kyle. we lose. the falcons have no hopes of beating the saints.. and then we spend the off season puzzled at how those bricks just are not working

stunningly stupid to start him with that injury in a huge game

I guess it could backfire if they don't go up quick and then go down quick

they will be more than motivated.. i bet we come out not ready to play 14-0 after one quarter rams

I'm in the same thought. I am not going to get my hopes up today. I just have a feeling this is a game the Rams will dominate. They have been rolling, today they can win the division, and they are tired as hell hearing how the niners have their number. Stafford/Kupp/OBJ will probably have something to say about that. I don't trust Jimmy's thumb and many of us didn't trust him even when he was healthy. Jimmy didn't win that game by himself in Week 10. The D and the run game did that. Well this time around, the Rams will stack the box to make Jimmy beat them with that bad thumb and the SF D will have to account for OBJ who has had alot of time to get familiar with the Rams offense.

None of us knows how he was looking in the last few days but I trust SHAnny to make the right call and also be able to pull the plug if need be. This is uncharted waters for us
