It shouldn't be surprising that opinions keep changing. After all this was the last pick in the draft. Nobody expected him to be this good. Most probably thought he would never be more than a backup and that includes Kyle and John. They never drafted him to be the starter.

That big brain and giant chip on his shoulder couldn't be measured.

I hope it will happen twice (not the detonation) but the cover. If Tom and Patrick survived being twice on the Madden cover, I think Purdy can too.

Brock has a shot at leading the NFL this season in pass yards, pass td, completion percentage, yards per attempt, td/int ratio, passer rating pass td percentage, and yards per completion. He'd be the first ever to lead in all 8 categories. Statistically it's one of the best seasons by a QB ever. If he were a first rounder, there would be no competition, yet his MVP run is still in question. Guess he's gonna have to take it

he got quite a nice check for making the NFCC. Essentially doubled his salary by making the playoffs, winning playoff games, and getting to the NFCC.

They are moving the goal posts again. He's only that good if he does it against the Ravens. I hope he does.
