Just watched the whole game as I wasn't able to earlier. Not understanding this criticism of Purdy. The INT was a deflection. 2nd and 11 throw at the end was not good but it was a one man route which is also a bad play call.

Seattle played a ton of man and we have zero route runners other than Pearsall who barely played. Jennings is Purdy's only reliable WR. Deebo is fat AF and now merely a gadget player (average one at that). CMC is no where near at full strength and Kyle is already back to ignoring Mason.

Poor pass protection and predictable play calling resulting too many 3rd and longs. Yet we still had a chance to win because of steady QB play and Purdy converting on 3rd down with his arm and legs. No idea what game some of you were watching.

Can't wait for Deebo to be off of this roster. Get a good center and more route runners and we will be fine.
Those people are stupid & buy into what the talking heads feed them.

F**king idiots i swear, blaming Purdy is insane when he's constantly running behind this s**t oline that thinks Mckvitz and Brendel are starting material. Then an organization that still doesn't get open against man coverage yet we lose a wr for the year and not do a damn thing to at least bring another

We are dead last when it comes to separation this year. That's what puzzling because I'm pretty sure we were top 10 last year. So what happened to the kyle shanahan's "he gets players open" then?

He's an overachiever. Played above his head last season. Great kid, made of the right stuff but he's not a 60M QB.

He lost the game yesterday vs Seattle. His brutal interception gift wrapped a TD for a desperate Seattle team.

Purdy could've iced the win but he sailed a ball 5 yard above Deebo's head. Those two plays gave Seattle the win.

Geno Smith wanted that game more.
not an overachiever. jonnydel pointed out multiple times that he does certain difficult throws on a consistent basis.

Seattle did not score a TD after the INT.. It was a field goal. Purdy honestly only had three bad throws all game. They did impact the game but I put the last one more on Kyle. A better call would've forced Seattle to use a timeout at minimum and or got us close enough for a kick.
49ers scored 17 points against a bad defense and Brock only had 159 yards passing. He has to be better.

The coach does not give him any easy throws.

Watch any game in the league. How often do you see the top coaches scheme easy throws for their quarterbacks?

Shanahan has stopped doing this.

Last in league seperation. Appreciate Brock. Kyle is in a rat hole. Fix it.

Shanahan does it every game. Purdy is missing them.

There's truth to this. Every game he misses gimmes that come back to bite the team.

Brock missed a few, but every QB does. And there were plays where he had guys open, but did not have the protection. I think most plays are like this imo. He had Deebo deep one play, but the o line had a free runner right at him...

I think that X post about our protection being simple and terrible... and figured out ....is the truth.

Kyle is very good overall, but if someone asks what is a weakness of his we almost all agree its the o line, from talent to now apparently scheme. I think Kyle needs to go clean slate here and add to his philosophy.

He can't make up stats. Last is last. Kyle is not adjusting.
I get we want to back our QB, what fan doesn't.

The simple easy solution is let him play out his final year on rookie deal and then tag him, and tag him a 2nd time thereafter.

I can guarantee he isn't the type to hold out so that will not be an issue.

Meanwhile draft a stud QB in the later rounds and develop him slowly. Rinse and repeat.

LFG!

Yep, so easy to find a stud QB in the late rounds!

Show me an easy throw Kyle schemed up for Purdy yesterday.

Not a check-down. Not the play on the goal line.

Go ahead.
