So he was hurt last game, explains a lot to me.

Hey Kyle, how about we upgrade the o line and not destroy a good qb.

Every play has an answer, don't need a good OL.

Great idea but easier said than done. There just aren't a lot of great O linemen coming out of college and the few that there are get picked way before the Niners turn. Every team is looking to upgrade the line play and it's just not easy. The Niners got lucky when Washington was dumb enough to trade Trent Williams. Where would they be without him? Teams just don't trade a great left tackle.

I agree that the line needs work. Williams is a year or so away from retirement and they need at east 2 more solid players. Center and right tackle need an upgrade. They've tried drafting some guys in later rounds but they haven't really developed. They took Puni in the 3rd last year and he looks like a keeper. If they draft in the top15 this year I expect to see at least one O linemen taken in the first 3 rounds. Whether there is one worthy of a first round pick remains to be seen.

You know where stand on this and I agree with you about o linemen talent being thin, which makes ignoring it almost all of last draft even worse for me. This also is why good linemen contracts are expanding rapidly. They really dug themselves a whole here.

We could have JPJ or Frazier at center right now and imo that would have made a significant difference already. This next draft doesn't look nearly as o-line rich so will we now reach at slimmer pickings? Their drafting of lineman in later rounds has been a flop. I think Puni proves you need to draft them higher in hope you find a good one. Thank god they hit on him. Now i feel like they cant simply take BPA and have to focus on the trenches because they haven't done well there.

I just don't get Allen, I understand maybe he understands the Kyle offense the best out of the backups? Maybe? But I just dnt get it..he sucks. He just f**king sucks. I like Tanner over him and perhaps Dobbs. He f**king sucks.

this is QB2. why are we bad mouthing our guys here? Allen was QB2 to Joe Burrow.
Daniel Jones avail

if Purdy has shoulder issues it may be a good time to add Daniel Jones

I would rather see you at QB than Jones, he is terrible!

If Purdy was unavailable, and let's hope he's good to go, Jones would be a good replacement. Kyle would know how to use him.

I agree but there has to be someone available when they draft. It's not about just getting a guy. They have to see a player that they like and feel would be a good fit fo the system. Kyle's offense isn't a fit for some O linemen.

Is the Brock thing a secret? I haven't seen any reports what the true issue is? Is he broken? Did the bionic repair break?
