He's 23-11 lmao.

2 firsts for Purdy would be great! Then we just need a decent game manager QB.

Brock Purdy still my QB, fake ass fans the exit door is to your left with a big middle finger!!!

100% this.

One of Brock's great strengths is his scrambling ability and picking up first downs with his legs. He did it even attempt (once) to escape the pocket tonight in a slow low scoring grind it out game.

It cannot be understated how awful Purdy was tonight with the national spot line on him playing for 60M deal in a TNF game. He wilted.

This just makes that OT SB loss hurt more and more each day.

He was good. Clearly Brock has major limits and isn't an elite QB but he will get paid like one.

And with that said he's still 100 yards away from Patrick Mahomes.

Who's team is 12-1
thanks to the defense in the first place
Let me know if this sounds familiar: QB comes in toward the end of the season and plays lights out. QB then goes on to have a great first full-year starting under Kyle. QB is then never the same after that one season. QB is instead just merely good, but seems to have regressed and never eclipses the play of that first full season.

What is wrong with people? No Christian, No Yuk, 4th String RB, no left guard and it is all Purdy's fault. Jeez Louise people need to get a grip.
Take note of all the fake ass Niners fans in this thread. Brock will be just fine and most of the nay-sayers here will be lapping his nutz.

People who don't watch/pay attention/know anything about football blame everything on the qb. Has he been perfect? Nope but lots of comments about BP are pretty darn ignorant. Purdy did more in his first two seasons than most do or could ever dream to do in their lifetime. And on the cheap. Like someone else said, I consider it back pay when he gets the bag. We win it all in Santa Clara baby

How can you watch that game and not put any blame on him?

if you're paying him elite money, he's not gonna have elite talent all around him.

you don't even pay players "back pay" SF doesn't owe him anything. He's suppose to win games like this not toss INTs at the most important moment.
I'm struggling a bit today after last night. My issue is I really really like the guy as a guy. Chill, smart, everything I would love to see in a franchise QB. The kind of guy I'd love to go get a beer with. Then I try to look at his current play. Then I think about last year when he was fire. I don't think it's possible to 100% say which QB he is. I think the 9ers are going to feel pressure to pay him top dollar and it may be team suicide. Or it may be Camelot.

I think it's fair to say we are not sure what we have yet. This cycle has not been good. Last night performance was aweful. Will we ever find the guy if not Brock. Dare I say we look to round 1 next spring.

Dude, like usual, you misread my posts and put words into my mouth man. You really do this often and it's like I have to explain the obvious. I never said, Purdy is without any blame at all. I haven't said the dude is perfect. But to put most of the blame and want to cut him/not pay him..it's pretty ridiculous. To put as much scrutiny on Purdy as I have seen ppl post..it's just ignorant. We literally had some f**king loser walk out on the team..with all the other s**t that has happened. If ppl wanna b***h about Purdy..they can go watch Trevor Lawrence.

When we win it all in Santa Clara..the doubters will then see the light ✨

1000% this. the more we see the less I like. No way is he worth elite money. No way. Not all on him but yeah, he is regressing to Jimmy g status.
