Probably but the one advantage in the passing game is the QB and WR's know where the ball is going. Stronger arm should mitigate any light wind.

Soggy grass makes it difficult for the DB's to match WR cuts. If we don't throw the ball, and Fields does, that could be a recipe for defeat.
I hope we throw outside (we can do that now) as tipped balls over the middle don't work out very well.
