That's correct, but keeping my selfish hat on, I don't get the sense that a guy like DeMeco is going to have to take anything thrown at him. The only possible negative is that he may not have many connects to assemble a staff (I stated in another thread, we've been picked bone dry over the last two years), but otherwise he has the goods.
