30 minute breakdown video from an NFL QB?
Nah, I'd rather invest my time in hot takes bro.

Just checked, yeah thanks. I do wonder with how fast those QB and Kyle threads go, many would miss something like this... or hell maybe some don't even want to enter those threads anymore.
Good drop b/c i don't even enter that of the jimmy g/KS thread but maybe once a week. s**t is just too toxic
Totally. You had 3 WZers trying to discredit Kurt Warner's take for an hour last night in the Shanahan thread. And 2 of them didn't and wouldn't even watch the video.

Exactly! I don't think every thread should be merged for this Exact reason. Certain topics get lost because we keep putting quarters in the merry-go-round to discuss the same s**t as why so and so sucks.
This thread too will turn into a merry-go-round. At least this way we might get 24 hours on the specific topic before the first handful of quarters gets inserted.

Yeah, it was a good idea. It instantly got lost in the Jimmy thread...barely hanging on in the Kyle thread. Too bad. Good move Afrikan.
KW covered a ton:
"I'll show you what I see on almost a weekly basis in the passing game."
Good Jimmy (Big Plays even on Breakdowns or Poor Designs, Take the Sack, Throw away)
Bad Jimmy (Layups, Mentals)
Off Schedule (Making it up)
Design
Route Concepts
Poor Redzone Concepts
Details
Receivers Routes
Receivers Details
No Outlets (No Hot Options)
Positive Hot Options
Poor Pressure Answers
No Availables
OL Slide Protections
Throw in all the key drops and penalties on top of all these issues and you can see why Kurt Warner said, "The drop back pass game is not one of it's (Kyle's offense) strengths."
"I don't know what they teach him...I don't know what they are trying to do...sometimes in this offense, I feel a lot like, turn around, this guy is going to be open or find a guy open...I keep looking at it and I have no idea what we're trying to do here."
Kurt Warner had difficulty even recognizing the designs and concepts of a number of these plays. I know 816 did as well yesterday. This is super concerning, not just because of the design/concepts called by Kyle but because the receivers don't seem to know either or aren't executing their part to where it's even recognizable. Kyle and these receiver coaches...something is way off here.
"It's just kind of a hodgepodge of stuff every week. ~ Kurt Warner

The networks are so overloaded with ex players analyzing games that it's become a circus. Sometimes the set looks like it's going to collapse under all the weight. Do they really need 6 guys on the set and more on the sidelines. It's overkill as far as I'm concerned. I don't care what some ex player thinks or who he predicts will win the game.
I know I must be in the minority because they keep adding more players and paying them big money. They wouldn't do it if they weren't getting ratings.

Some other videos/highlights/post game shows out there about this past game have left out many of Jimmy's bad passes. Like the one where it was almost picked. Went right through the defender's hands. Missed another TD as well.
The Aiyuk critique is interesting....seems like simple adjustments he can make. One is just making it easier for his QB by getting the inside of the defender, and the other is slowing down/adjusting on his in break for Jimmy? Curious why our coaches haven't noticed that.
hire this man as QB coach

like this:
NICK BOSA IS INCONSISTENT DOGs**t TRASH. HE'S INJURY PRONE ANYWAYS AND THE NINERS ARE BETTER OFF trading him to get those picks we gave up for absolutely NOTHING in TREY LANCE and CMC.

Jeez this guy should be our offensive coordinator or head coach. Our offense is so ridiculous sometimes. In it's concepts and route running.

Turnovers, drops and redzone playcalling are the biggest issues on offense. Clean up those 3 things and we will be just fine.
Givaways- tied for 5th worst in the league.
Drops- the worst in the league in dropped passes rate.
Redzone scoring- bottom 5 in the league.

Dont need much analysis on bonehead Jimmy, the 2 biggest BONEHEAD mistakes he made vs KC that cost the 9ers the game on offense and 9er D playing more, when the D was already sucking, were the int and safety, END OF STORY, AND BOTH 110% AVOIDABLE REGARDLESS OF HOW BAD THE O LINE PLAYERS WERE, Mclinkecy and TW. And if they don't run the ball more and allow bonehead to pass more than 25x+, those bonehead mistakes will multiple especially vs a good team or even a average one like ATL.

I'd throw in penalties too.
To your point, we were top 4 in RZ last year and IIRC, tops in the 4 minute drill too. Big drop offs on these. I think we were the highest scoring team coming out of the half time?

Yes. Top 4 in redzone last season. The run game was a lot more consistent last season too. The two could very well be related. Not having Mitchell for a majority of this season and defenses keying in on Deebo could be two of the biggest contributing factors outside of penalties. With the addition of CMC as a true threat in the passing game and his ability to shake tackles pretty consistently should help out tremendously in the redzone. I am willing to wait until after the bye to see if changes get made and the mental mistakes get cleaned up. I mean, its not like anyone in this division is running away with it at this point.

I agree. Mitchell has been a huge loss. I can't wait for him, Deebo, Juice and CMC to be on the field in various combinations.
This ain't over yet! Maybe not even at 3-5.
