Purdy showed his veteran skills tonight 😏. We should all be excited about what we saw from a tight game like this

Yeah, those horrid throws to Kittle were a true sign of a savvy vet. Oh wait…..

Which one?

The one where Kittle run the wrong route?
The two throws he dropped (one for a TD)?
The contested catch he couldn't make like the top-3 TE he's supposed to be?

To me it was Kittle who had an awful game.

Now we're attacking the veteran stars of the team to prop up a rookie?

Kilt tile and BA were average today.

Average despite having 100 yards receiving and a TD lol. Even the drops in this game were (with a few exceptions) all on bad throws.

No not on board. I have the game taped and will watch again soon. Brock did have a couple knuckle headers but many of the throws missed I remember were catchable.

Imagine spending a gazillion dollars and resources on the defense over the past 6 years. No closers.

Always waiting in the wings,...as if someone called this defense the '85 Bears.

BA was clutch as f**k down the stretch & saved the team's ass on that arm-punt Purdy tossed up with the game on the line.

ugh

That's a killer.

A torn ACL is a killer. A sprained MCL is a setback.

If it's a grade 3, he's done for the year.

The Giants have nothing to play for next week. Unless Philly is worse than anyone can imagine, they're going to win that game.

The 2 seed is a very mixed blessing, I would rather Purdy make his first playoff start vs the Giants rather than the Packers who will likely have won five straight at that point.

That said, Philly is vulnerable in that second round game vs the Bucs/Cowboys-- but that's if Minnesota doesn't crap the bed vs the Giants, no guarantee. I don't see Philly losing to the Giants in the playoffs.

Packers (especially rodgers) are hot right now. The defense we put on the field today would have been torched By rodgers as well. Injuries decimated us at CB opposite ward and it's probably way too late in the season to switch Jimmie ward to outside corner and have Womack play slot.

Our D is a f**king dream team. They finally and I mean finally are off a game and they get this crap? We've knocked the snot out of AR and PAC.

The best thing ever was todays game for long term. Rest will be limited to maybe 4 qtr and a smack in face. Good.

By the way. We still are number 1 D. How about some respect over whining.

How is Rodgers so hot? 159 yards and 1 passing td. He has been solid, but hardly hot.

Grade 3 is what Mitchell has correct?
So glad they got a win that felt like a loss so they have something to work on going into the playoffs
We still put up 37 points despite some mistakes by Brock. I fail to see how the offense was any problem today.

Typically...

Grade 1: 1-2 weeks
Grade 2: 2-4 weeks
Grade 3: 4-8 weeks

Bosa was definitely a closer.

Why do we feel the need to beat a player down to prop another up? There was a lot of sloppy play by quite a few offensive players and we still put up 37 points. Defense didn't play that well but still managed to come away with 2 turnovers. One of which put the game away.

Yeah, that was a bad spot. I think my heart stopped for a second on that play. Usually the defense comes down with those.
