No but he ain't the future. He's a stopgap.

Ok he's at least 3-4 years of stop gap. They fine and don't need a QB right now. That's a good feeling to have.

They need to reup him though. Have they committed to that? Otherwise... #HighestBidder

True that. I think they re sign him though and maybe draft another kid the next few years. He played well enough to start I think.

I thought we were in great shape, but now I have more questions than answers (mainly due to injury). It wasn't supposed to be that way!

We're still in great shape.
Seahawks have a pro bowl QB who's 32. Cap space and the Wilson trade loaded them up with picks. They have picks 5,20,37,52 to start the draft. They drafted two OT last year that started. They also drafted a 1000yard RB and an all pro 6'4 4.2 40 Corner, Seahawks are the only comp i. The west the next 5 years IMO. Rams and cards are toast for different reasons, but toast.

EVEN If the Rams head downward, they at least won a Super Bowl.... Our team continues to collect the 2nd place trophies!!

Yea I mean everyone can hate on the Rams for mortgaging their future (which they did) but who cares, their bet paid off and they got a ring.

I would gladly trade 4 years in a row of not making the playoffs for 1 SB win.
I will be very curious to see Drake Jackson and Kalia Davis on the DL, Zakelj and Pope on OL. The lines need some help on both sides.

You have a good point. Folks saying we ought to be happy with making it to post season etc etc blah blah blah but only one team is truly world champions every year. Everything else is filler. I call bust.
+Josh Jacobs , to close out games

How about play Jordan Mason all 4 quarters as thunder the mccaf lightning
I expect Bosa to get his payday and lower his 17.9m cap number by nearly 10 mil. T Williams, Armstead, and Kittle all are restructure possibilities to get us enough cap space to operate. I don't expect any huge outsider signing. Could see maybe some older players wanting a chance at a ring signing for cheap. We need to add at RT, C, FS, DE, DT, CB…. I see minimum depth pieces, draft picks, and low salary vets. Maybe 1-2 potential starters from outside sources. The three 3rds we have need to be an offensive lineman, a defensive lineman and a defensive back.

5 returning players I expect to take a big jump
Jordan Mason
Samuel Womack
Jason Poe
Marcelino McCrary-Ball
Drake Jackson

b******t. That's b******t.

It's hard to win a SB, check that, even get to one. I want a chance every year.

To be fair, in 1994 that is not what we did. We went all in and won. There is a precedent for it.

We all do, but that's not reality in the NFL. The reality of the modern NFL is that windows open and close fairly quickly and it's an exception to have teams contend for extended periods of time.

It also doesn't take years and years to rebuild a team in today's NFL so a team like the Rams could be back up again very fast.
next year I want the Falcons, Bears and Eagles in playoffs
