Yea he's stepped up

He is the 6th ranked guard, according to PFF.

49ers finally got the RG position right!!!!
Did this guy even get a legit shot to start in camp?
Also, note how much better McKivitz plays next to Feliciano vs Burford.

He's been playing well lately, really helped upgrade the RG spot. I was meh on the signing when it happened but he's been more than solid, also appreciate how often he's the first to help Brock up or celebrate with him after a touchdown. Maybe its the tattoos but he reminds me a lot of Alex Boone when he was here.

3 of the top 5 highest graded offensive players were on our line?

worst part is he is only playing because burford is hurt. Feliciano should start.
We only have 1 must or big name FA to sign Chase Young, but put Jon Feliciano up there too. Would love to keep him for 2024, and even on a multi-year deal.

Possibly, but only if it didn't come at the cost of players like Young. It would be infinitely easier to draft Feliciano's replacement than Young's.
Feliciano has earned the starting RG job. I would permanently start him. 49ers need to resign him in the offseason too.

He wasn't all that unknown. He has been a durable IOL starter on some mediocre teams, most recently NYG. He was with Buffalo for three years before that as a starter. He came here to enjoy life on a better team and be a swing guy for all three IOL slots. Another good FA signing by Lynch.

Why only starting now? The 49ers had a draft pick invested in a young guy who had a year in the system. The FO hoped he would develop faster than he has. The injury has given Feliciano a chance to play.

It has taken JF some time to learn the system but he seems to have it down now.

Not to mention, switch to the right side mid season.

He's been dominating. Must resign.

Maybe something in the $3.5-4M range should do it. They still have Burford signed through 2025, and he is only 23. I doubt they would bail on him now.

Yep, his versatility is a huge benefit and the big reason for the signing.
Added bonus, can step in at center in a pinch if needed. Definitely needs to be resigned.
He and mc kivitz are pleasant surprises
if they maintain their level of play we win the SB for sure as long as our center doesnt mess up
Playmakers will make much lesser plays against top teams if our OLine doesnt hold.
they did't pass the test vs browns with 6 3&outs on 13 drives so lets see how they do vs ravens
