Hold on.
No blame for CMC fumbling inside the red zone? That's a min 3 points off the board. And a TD the other way. So a 10 point swing.
No blame for Char Ward and other DBs just playing like butt the whole night?
No blame for Ward just knocking the ball down or making a tackle before halftime? That resulted in a TD? And we lost by 5?
This game wasn't on Moody and Purdy. The whole damn team let us down.
If Purdy doesn't throw that first pick we possibly win. It's not all on him though no doubt.
Well Hurts threw two Ints last night and I think the eagles had 3 TO's all together maybe 4 and they overcame them because their D is a better.
Hurts put up 14 points when needed to close the game out.
Ans the week before he threw an INT that cost them the game.
No player is perfect
Never said they were. I'm saying Brock deserves his fair share of the blame. I'm not saying he sucks or should be burned are the stake but he had 2 chances to win it. Like Hurts he threw 2 ints that cost is the game. The defense most definitely deserves blame too but we had a shot.
I like Brock and he is a good little QB. But until this team gets serious about getting a real and I mean a real proven QB in here they will just be a edge of the Superbowl team. Simple has that.
He simply just needs to limit his mistakes and he'll be fine. He can run the offense but these bad picks and misses like last week are making it harder than it should be.
I agree but I just think a proven QB is the way to go, for any team not just the 49ers. It has been proven all but two superbowl winners Brad Johnson and Trent Dilfer.
