I watched the replay...he really did look like he was dogging it on that play.

Correct, and that's why Aaron Rodgers, or perhaps more appropriately, Tom Brady, never landed on a Kyle Shanahan team.

Brady wasn't calling his own plays either. Rodgers went rogue because he's a dick and now he's stuck on a s**tty Jets team.

Didn't Brady bring Josh McDaniels offense to Tampa? Don't you think he'd want to do that here? Would Kyle ever accept that?

No he didn't. Bruce Arians offense was always about pushing the ball downfield. Tom while in TB was near the top in air yards and depth of target….something that he didn't do a lot of in NE.

Rogers reluctantly ran LaFleur'a offense and was MVP twice.

Purdy's not allowed to change plays. He's expected to chose who to go to within the play on the basis of defensive moves, and per Kyle, one good option is always built into every play.

All wrong. Purdy is absolutely allowed to change the play, and we discussed this ad nauseam in his thread including posting actual evidence from Kyle Shanahan's playbook. Brock Purdy literally canned to a draw on 3rd and 10 early in the game.

For whatever reason, the average low football IQ fan thinks that audibling a play means randomly picking a new play. It doesn't. (talking about these morons on twitter for clarification)

Maybe the confusion is how everyone is defining "audible". If Kyle calls a play, and then has a backup option built into that play and allows Brock to pick option A or B based on the defensive look, then maybe that's not a true audible. Maybe people are asking whether Brock can change the play from a RB draw to a deep pass if he wanted to based on a certain look. Then again, not sure any QB in any system has that leeway but I've seen games from Brady and Manning where it seems they completely changed a play at the line. I don't think Brock has that kind of leverage…

That is largely correct. Tampa's OC was Byron Leftwich, who largely ran Arians offense, but Brady caused it to be modified with McDanials stuff. My point is Kyle and Mike Shanahan have spent their whole lives developing their offense, and my personal opinion is they wouldn't be very flexible on systems. Arians system wants to go deep, and by the end, Leftwich was frustrated Brady wouldn't hold the ball to do that because he didn't want to get hit.

No, who told you that? What were you even watching? It was the same Arians offense that he ran in Arizona, Indy and Pittsburgh.
Always happy for a win over Dallas but this team still has a lot of work to do. Offense was terrible in the first half. Great in the 3rd quarter. Barely visible in the 4th quarter. Defense was great for the first 3 quarters and then went into hibernation in the 4th allowing Dallas to get into the game. They had 4 three and outs and an INT in the previous 5 possessions. Then they go into that terrible relaxed zone and allow Lamb to get wide open all over the field. I've never seen a #1 receiver left so open as he was on that first TD in the 4th quarter. The entire defense was on the opposite side of the field. I'm surprised Dak didn't keel over laughing when he saw how open Lamb was.

49ers owning Dallas, again. And similar to the other times, they let DAL back into the game just so that it hurts a little more when they end up losing. HAhaahAh

Just like I like it. I believe Brock has not lost to Seattle or Dallas yet?

Really makes you question (don't know why the million other examples before didn't count) the people on this board that defend this bum.
